What we collect

When you order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and order contents. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

To understand how the site is used we count page views without cookies. We store the page, the referring site, your country and device type, and a daily-rotating anonymous hash. We do not store your IP address.

Why

We use this data only to take payment, make and ship your order, send order updates, improve the site and meet legal obligations.

Who processes it

Our service providers act on our behalf: Stripe (payment), our print partner (production and shipping), Resend (order emails), and our hosting and database providers. Some may process data outside Switzerland or the EU under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Write to hello@stargrace.studio.

Retention

We keep order records as long as the order and the law require, then delete them.
